All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and finalised.

A time frame of 1 - 3 days postage will apply to all major capital cities and 3 - 4 days for metropolitan areas. Rural locations may take longer. During peak trading periods (Christmas, sales, etc) please allow up to 7 - 10 days for your order to be processed and delivered as a result of increased volume orders and potential shipping delays.

A $9.99 fee applies for all purchases under $299. Free shipping is offered on all Australia bound orders to the value of $300 and above. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends and we do not ship to PO BOXES or postage lockers.

International

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and finalised.

Please allow a time frame of 5 - 10 days postage will apply to all major cities. Isolated locations may take longer. During peak trading periods (Christmas, sales, etc) please allow up to 7 - 14 days for your order to be processed and delivered due to the increased amount of orders and potential shipping delays out of our control.

A $19.99 fee applies for all purchases under $299. Free shipping is offered on all international orders to the value of $300 and above. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, Nysos cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Changes To Your Order

If you require any changes to your order including sizing, address details or any other altering factor please contact us immediately to ensure modifications can be applied. Unfortunately if your order has been processed and shipping, no changes can be made.
