  • The product/s have not been worn and are in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refund is applied for within 30 days of initial purchase.
Please contact for a refund approval before shipping the product/s back. Items that have been shipped to us prior to approval do not qualify for a refund.

Alternatively if your item has a fault or defect please contact us immediately at  hello@nysos.com.au and we will do our best resolve the issue.

Exchange

If you wish to change your product or size after you have placed your order, please contact us immediately. We generally leave a 24 hour period to remedy these circumstances before shipping the product out to you.

If however your product/s have been shipped and/or received, our refund conditions still must be met before the item can be sent back to us for an exchange.
